SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 7 days of your purhase date. We process orders Tuesday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Tuesday. Please keep in mind that Douriean makes everything by hand in her studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact her team or add a note to your order, and we will ship it to you as soon as possible. 

 If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly as Douriean is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We will do our best to accommodate you.

US SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the location. You will receive a shipping notification for your order once your package has been shipped

Your packages will be marked Merchandise/Costume Jewelry.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Douriean wants you to love your new piece! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. If your return is outside of the 14-day policy, please email us at info@Douriean.com to request a return. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. Items returned outside of the 14 days without prior approval are considered case by case.

An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing.

If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift code.

If the items being returned were a gift, please email us at info@Douriean.com.

When returning items, please package them in the box you received them in or a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. If the items are damaged,  Douriean has the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. She will be nable to issue a refund for lost or damaged artwork.

Please note: All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All International orders are FINAL SALE but are eligible for exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please take a look at our return policy if you change your mind about a purchase.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

If for some reason, your piece arrives damaged in any way, please email info@Douriean.com and we will happily send you a replacement.

If your piece is in need of repair, please email us at info@Douriean.com. Repairs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend sending a photo with your request to help Douriean determine the nature of your repair. There may be a small fee to repair your piece and we do not cover shipping charges.

SALES TAX

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping in California.
