Little Heirlooms: Creating for Peace, Love & Legacy
A Black History Month Studio Experience for Children and Families
This special studio experience invites children to create a personal adornment in honor of leaders, ancestors, and visionaries who dedicated their lives to peace, love, and progress.
Guided by artist and cultural designer Douriean Fletcher, children will explore how jewelry and adornment have historically been used to tell stories, honor memory, and express identity across cultures.
