SHIPPING

Standard orders ship within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to your contract for information regarding the shipment of commissions. We process orders Tuesday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Tuesday. Please keep in mind that Douriean makes everything by hand in her studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact her team or add a note to your order, and we will ship it to you as soon as possible. 

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly as Douriean is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We will do our best to accommodate you.

US Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the location. You will receive a shipping notification for your order once your package has been shipped

Your packages will be marked Merchandise/Costume Jewelry.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

If for some reason, your piece arrives damaged in any way, please email info@Douriean.com and we will happily send you a replacement.

If your piece is in need of repair, please email us at info@Douriean.com. Repairs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend sending a photo with your request to help Douriean determine the nature of your repair. There may be a small fee to repair your piece and we do not cover shipping charges.

SALES TAX

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping in California. 

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.
